The Social Welfare Emergency Fund was born from a simple realization: Every year, members experience bereavements, medical emergencies, and unforeseen crises. While the YALI community has always responded with compassion, support often depended on informal WhatsApp appeals and voluntary contributions.
We envisioned something better. A structured, transparent, technology-enabled welfare system that guarantees dignity, accountability, and timely assistance.
